Do your prices online include installation?
No, the price of installation varies depending on many factors, such as: accessibility, travel time, machine or hand planted, and size of trees; therefore, it is impossible to give a flat rate for installation without knowing the work site. I can tell you that our installation prices are very competitive and we go through greater lengths to ensure survival than most of our competitors.
Can I buy the trees from you and pick them up and plant them myself?
All of the trees we sell, we install. Being hands on throughout the entire process allows us to have a very high transplant success rate as well as provide a higher degree of customer satisfaction. The only exception to this rule might be on higher quantity purchases.
Can I see the trees prior to purchasing them?
Yes, we are more than happy to show the trees prior to purchase. However, since we do not offer a retail location, and the appointments need to be made to give you a tour of the trees, it can be a little more time consuming on our end; so we kindly ask that you have previously done your research and price comparisons prior to making an appointment and use the tour of the tree nursery as a confirmation of the quality.

We work with numerous growers and therefore know who has the best trees for each species. We buy from the grower with the highest quality of the selection of the trees we are looking for and only select the best in quality amongst the inventory of the selected grower. What is the largest tree I can get?
If accessibility is not an issue we can plant up to a 20' evergreen or a 8" trunk diameter deciduous tree; there are certain exceptions, if the tree has been prepared years in advance through root pruning, there are growers available that have fully matured 10" trunk diameter Crimson King Maple Trees that we can install.
Will your equipment damage my lawn?
Although we try our hardest to minimize turf damage, with any type of heavy machinery some turf damage is to be expected. The larger the equipment is that we have to use, the more damage that is likely to occur. We will go over in detail, the likelihood of turf damage before we bring any machinery on your lawn.
If machinery is not an option we can plant evergreen trees as tall as 6-7 feet and deciduous trees with a trunk diameter of 3" or less by hand if necessary. If your lawn is a concern let us know and we can discuss options to reduce the chance of damage.
Although we will do our best to minimize the damages, under no circumstances will Tree Transplanters, llc or any of it's sub-contractors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any damages to your lawn.

Do you grow the trees you sell?
We are not a grower of the trees we sell, the trees we offer come from specific, quality local growers that we have located in the area. Many of our suppliers are unknown, small growers and hobbiests who love planting the trees, nurturing them, pruning them, and watching them grow and have a small inventory that can be maintained with a high level of quality. Many times these small growers do not have the equipment to dig the trees or the desire to sell them at a retail level, as their passion remains in growing them. The Tree Nursery we have online is a display case of just a fraction of what we have access too.
