All of our trees are all dug with an Oversized Rootball, ranging from 600lbs - 10,000lbs. This ensures the highest rate of success and a quicker re-establishment. Unlike most nurseries that have smaller rootballs to accomodate weight and transportation challenges, we have decided not to make this sacrifice and believe that you will appreciate us for it!
Anybody can sell you a tree that looks good at the nursery. But when they cut off 95% of the roots, to make the rootball smaller - eventhough the tree might live - it doesn't mean it will ever look as good as it did the day you bought it.

Delivery & Installation
Because we refuse to skimp on the most important part of the tree "the roots"; most of the trees we sell are so large and heavy, that they usually require delivery and/or installation. All of our trees classified as "semi-mature" trees are installed by Tree Transplanters, llc. However, some of the trees that we sell which are classified under "mature" trees are so large that only very large specialized equipment can safely move them. In these cases you will need to work with an outside company to move and install these trees; however, we do have preferred contractors that we have a relationship with, that will provide you with pre-negotiated preferred pricing.
Delivery & Installation Charges very greatly depending on the size of the tree purchased, how far away you live, ease of access, and quantity purchased. To give you a rough idea; if you live within 5 miles of the tree farm and you order 6 smaller sized trees - in most cases basic installation would run $115.00 per tree.
